Orders
Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through, or when we accept a cash on delivery order. We send a confirmation email with your order number.
Most of our sarees are single pieces or come in small numbers. If a saree sells out before we can confirm your order, or we find a problem with it before it ships, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Razorpay processes online payments. Cash on delivery is offered only where the checkout shows it.
The sarees
We photograph every saree in studio light and describe it as accurately as we can. The colour in person may differ slightly from your screen.
Shipping
We ship across India. Our shipping page explains the fees, and you get a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our returns and exchange policy, so please read it before you buy. Damage in particular must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The photographs, text and logo on this site belong to Sattika by Geena. Please ask before you use them.
Governing law
The laws of India govern these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
