What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, when you place an order or save an address.
- Your email address, when you sign in to your account with a one-time code.
- What you ordered, what you paid and how the order was delivered.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
What we do not collect
You enter card, UPI and bank details on Razorpay's secure payment page, not on our site, and we never see or store them. Razorpay tells us only whether a payment went through, which method you used and a payment reference.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to email you about it.
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds under our returns policy.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
- To send you news about new sarees, but only if you asked for it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Saved addresses and account details stay until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. The law makes us keep some order records, and we will tell you if that applies. Write to geena@sattikabygeena.com from the email address you shop with and we will reply.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
