Saree care

Silk lasts a lifetime if you let it rest. Dry clean the good pieces, and keep zari away from perfume and damp.

Store folded in cotton or muslin, never plastic, and refold along a different line every few months so the silk does not crease in one place. Air a saree once a season, out of direct sun.
