Wore it for my wedding and never wanted to take it off

I have grown up around Kanjivarams and this one holds its own next to my mother's. The zari on the pallu catches the light without looking loud, and the red is the deep temple red I was hoping for and not a flat maroon. It felt heavy in the good way, the way a real silk should.

The photos do not oversell it

I was a little nervous ordering silk this expensive without seeing it in person. It arrived folded in muslin and the border is even finer in hand than on screen. The mango motif on the pallu is beautifully done. Worth the wait.

Stunning, just heavier than I expected

It is a proper pit loom weave and you can feel it. Gorgeous for a long function, though by the end of a full day I did feel the weight on my shoulder. That is the silk doing its job, not a complaint really. The peacock shade is lovely in daylight.
